Nothing is shipped
UltraCode is an online service. What you buy is an API key and the allowance of the plan it carries — there is no physical product, nothing is posted, and there is no delivery address to give.
How a plan is delivered
- A new plan — the key appears on your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. The checkout page shows it too.
- A renewal — the key you already have is extended at once. Nothing on your machine changes and there is nothing to reinstall.
- Receipts — every purchase has a receipt on your dashboard.
If the key has not arrived
Open your dashboard. It checks with Razorpay, and if your payment went through, the key is issued there and then — even if the payment page was closed before it finished.
If there is still nothing 15 minutes after you paid, write to support@ultracode.in with the Razorpay payment id (it starts pay_) and we will sort it out. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Where we serve
The service is available online, anywhere. Prices are in Indian rupees and payments are taken by Razorpay. Prices include GST.
