Support is answered by the people who run the service, and we aim to reply within one business day. For anything about a key — a limit that looks wrong, a key that stopped working, a payment — put the first 12 characters of the key in your message (for example sk-uc-1a2b3c) and we can find it straight away. Never send the whole key.

Before you write

How much have I used? Your dashboard shows every key, or paste a key on the usage page — no sign-in needed there.
How do I set it up? The one-line installer and the guide for each client are in the docs.
Which models can I call? The models page lists them, and so does GET /v1/models with your key.
Can I get my money back? See Refunds & cancellation.

Reporting a security issue

Write to support@ultracode.in with SECURITY in the subject line, and please keep the details private until we have replied. We acknowledge security reports within one business day.
